Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 apple
- 1 cup frozen blueberries

- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based alternative)

Instructions:
1. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces.
2. Remove the core from the apple and chop it into pieces as well.
3. Place the banana, apple, blueberries, yogurt, honey, milk, and vanilla extract into a blender.
