A delicious oat-based dessert that's vegan and soy-free, perfect for festive occasions or as a sweet snack.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling time
Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 400 g oat yogurt
- 200 g oat cream
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 100 g nuts (e.g., hazelnuts or almonds), chopped
- 100 g dried fruits (e.g., apricots or raisins), chopped
- 1 dl oat flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the oat yogurt, oat cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar.
2. Add the chopped nuts, dried fruits, oat flakes, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir all the ingredients well until combined.
3. Pour the mixture into a mold or container where you want the pasha to chill. Press the mixture down firmly.
4. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight to set.
5. Unmold the pasha onto a serving plate and optionally garnish with nuts or fresh fruits.
