A refreshing ice cream dessert with fresh berries and herbs.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes (plus 4 hours freezing)
Serving Size: Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 500 g vanilla ice cream
- 200 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, raspberries)
- 1 dl fresh mint, chopped
- 1 dl lemon balm, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Let the vanilla ice cream soften slightly at room temperature until it is soft but not completely melted.
2. Add the berries, mint, and lemon balm to the softened ice cream. Mix well.
3. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add honey and stir until smooth.
4. Pour the mixture into molds or a serving bowl.
5. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
6. Serve the ice cream pasha in your preferred style, such as on sticks or in scoops. Garnish with fresh berries and herbs.
