A light and creamy dessert perfect for any occasion. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of quark
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 egg
- ½ cup of sugar or sweetener
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 cup of nuts (such as walnuts or almond slices)
- 1 cup of citrus juice (such as orange or lemon juice)
- 1 teaspoon of lemon zest
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the quark and sour cream until smooth.
2. Add the egg, sugar or sweetener, and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
3. Stir in the raisins, nuts, citrus juice, and lemon zest until all ingredients are combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a mold and smooth the surface.
5. Cover the mold with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
6. Serve chilled, and enjoy with fresh berries if desired.
