A delightful and creamy dessert perfect for special occasions or a refreshing treat.

Ingredients:
- 1 dl candied fruit
- ½ dl sugar
- ½ dl ground almonds
- 1 dl raisins or currants
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 can (250 g) cottage cheese
- 1 can (2 dl) sour cream
- 1 egg
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the raisins and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Pour the mixture into a mold lined with damp cheesecloth or a coffee filter.
3. Place a light weight and a plate on top of the mixture.
4. Let it set in the refrigerator for a few hours or preferably overnight.
5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
