Ingredients:
- 200 g gnocchi
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 2 cans of tuna
- 2 small onions
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup herb dressing
Instructions:
1. Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions and drain.
2. Peel and chop the onions and bell peppers into small pieces.
3. In a bowl, combine the cooked gnocchi, chopped bell peppers, and onions.
4. Add the drained tuna to the mixture.
5. Boil the eggs until hard, peel, and chop them.
6. Mix the chopped eggs into the salad.
7. Pour the herb dressing over the salad and mix well.
