A delicious and easy pasta dish that combines the flavors of shellfish and tomato sauce. Perfect for a weekend dinner.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g raw pasta
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 dl onion
- 0.5 dl crème fraîche (5%)
- 0.5 dl chives
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 5 dl shellfish in water
- 1 dl chili tomato puree
- 1 tsp thyme
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water and drain.
2. Finely chop the onion and crush the garlic.
3. Heat a pan and soften the onion for a moment without oil.
4. Add the chili tomato puree to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the crème fraîche, shellfish, crushed garlic, and spices (thyme, salt).
6. Allow the sauce to heat for a moment and adjust seasoning if needed.
7. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and mix well.
8. Garnish each serving with chopped chives before serving.
