A delicious and refreshing pasta shrimp salad that perfectly combines pasta, shrimp, and avocado. A great choice for summer days or a light lunch.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (dry weight)
- 400 g shrimp
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g olives
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 avocados
- 150 g green pesto
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
2. Mix the cooled pasta with green pesto.
3. Peel and slice the avocados, then add them to the pasta.
4. Add the shrimp, olives, and halved cherry tomatoes.
5. Squeeze lemon juice over the salad and gently mix.
6. Serve immediately or let it chill in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
