A delicious and creamy dessert that brings festive cheer to your Easter table. Preparation Time: 30 minutes + chilling time
Serving Size: 8–10 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g butter - 1.5 dl sugar
- 500 g quark
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 dl whipped cream
- Juice of half a lemon
- (Optional: spices like vanilla or nuts)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. 2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
3. Add the quark and eggs to the melted butter mixture. Stir well to combine.
4. Gently fold in the whipped cream and lemon juice.
5. Pour the mixture into a mold or bowl lined with plastic wrap.
6. Allow the pasha to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
7. Serve the Easter pasha decorated as desired.
