A delightful and creamy dessert perfect for any occasion.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 can (250 g) flavored quark (lemon)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- About 1 dl dried soft apricots (or other dried fruits)
- About 0.5 dl chopped almonds
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold the flavored quark into the whipped cream mixture.
3. Chop the dried fruits into small pieces and add them along with the chopped almonds to the cream-quark mixture. Mix well.
4. Spoon the pasha into serving bowls and garnish with chopped almonds and lemon balm leaves.
5. Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for a while before serving.
