Ingredients:

- 1 baguette or ciabatta
- 2-3 ripe tomatoes
- 200 g fresh mozzarella
- 1 cup fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Slice the baguette into approximately 1 cm thick pieces and toast them in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
2. Dice the tomatoes and mozzarella into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
3. Add the basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to the tomato-mozzarella mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
4. Spoon the tomato-mozzarella mixture onto the toasted bread slices.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
