American Cobb Salad

A classic and hearty salad loaded with proteins and fresh vegetables. Perfect for a light meal or a side dish. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 200 g bacon
- 1 avocado
- 200 g blue cheese
- 1 large tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g mixed salad greens
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs until hard (about 10 minutes), then cool and peel.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy in a pan, then drain on paper towels.
3. Peel and slice the avocado, tomato, and cucumber.
4. Chop the hard-boiled eggs.
5. Arrange the mixed salad greens on a large serving platter.
6. Top with sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, avocados, chopped eggs, and crumbled blue cheese.
7. Crumble the cooked bacon over the salad.
8. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the salad.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy the game day atmosphere!
