A hearty and delicious salad packed with a variety of flavors and toppings. Perfect as a meal replacement that will fill you up. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 200 g cooked chicken, diced - 150 g bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 100 g blue cheese, crumbled
- 200 g mixed salad greens (e.g. romaine and iceberg)
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g corn (canned or frozen)
- 50 g red onion, chopped
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare all ingredients: cook the chicken, fry the bacon, boil the eggs, and chop the vegetables. 2. Place the mixed salad greens on a large serving platter.
3. Layer the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, sliced eggs, avocado, crumbled blue cheese, halved tomatoes, corn, and chopped red onion on top of the salad greens.
4. Mix the sour cream with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy your hearty Cobb Salad!
