A classic Cobb salad loaded with protein and fresh ingredients. Perfect for a hearty lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 200 g chicken breasts
- 150 g bacon
- 150 g romaine lettuce
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g blue cheese (e.g., Aura)
- 1 dl sour cream
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil the eggs until hard, about 10 minutes. Cool, peel, and slice them.
2. Cook the chicken breasts and bacon in a skillet until golden brown. Cut the chicken into strips and bacon into pieces.
3. Rinse and tear the romaine lettuce into a serving bowl.
4. Chop the avocado and cherry tomatoes, then add them to the salad.
5. Arrange the cooked chicken and bacon pieces on top of the salad.
6. Prepare the dressing by mixing sour cream, balsamic vinegar, crumbled blue cheese, salt, and pepper.
7. Spoon the dressing over the salad and serve immediately!
