A delicious and hearty salad filled with protein and fresh ingredients. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 lettuce leaves (e.g., romaine)
- 2 ripe avocados
- 100 g bacon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 100 g blue cheese
- 1 dl cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then let them cool before slicing.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain excess fat.
3. Boil the eggs until hard, peel, and slice.
4. Wash and tear the lettuce leaves onto a plate.
5. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and slice.
6. Add the sliced chicken, bacon, eggs, avocados, blue cheese, and cherry tomatoes to the salad.
7. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar (if desired) and drizzle over the salad.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
