Louisiana-Style Cobb Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 150 g mixed salad greens (e.g., romaine and arugula)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 100 g blue cheese
- 1/4 cup green Tabasco sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon slices in a skillet until crispy. Transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat.
2. In the same skillet, cook the chicken breasts in the bacon fat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Allow to cool and slice into strips.
3. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes until hard-boiled, then cool, peel, and slice.
4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice.
5. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
6. Assemble the salad: place the mixed greens on a plate, then top with chicken strips, bacon, egg slices, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and crumbled blue cheese.
7. Drizzle with green Tabasco sauce and olive oil.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
