Ingredients:
- 1 kg brisket - 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 cup coleslaw (store-bought or homemade)
- 1/2 cup pickles (sliced)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the brisket: Rub the salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder all over the brisket. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.2. Preheat the grill to about 110-120 °C (230-250 °F). Place the brisket on the grill over indirect heat and cook for about 4-5 hours, until the meat is tender and the internal temperature reaches around 90 °C (194 °F).
3. Remove the brisket from the grill and wrap it in foil. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
4. Slice the brisket thinly. Mix the sliced meat with the BBQ sauce.
5. Fill the sandwich rolls with the brisket, coleslaw, and pickle slices. Serve immediately.
