- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g nuts (such as walnuts or cashews)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse the salad mix and dry it well.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and dice the avocado.
3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
4. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
5. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine without crushing the ingredients.
