A delicious and colorful paprika salad that's a perfect side dish for summer barbecues or casual meals. Easy to prepare and season to your liking! Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 onions
- 3 bell peppers (preferably in different colors)
- 0.5 dl white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- water (as needed)
- whole white or black peppercorns
Instructions:
1. Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers. Slice the peppers and onions into thin strips.
2. Prepare the brine by mixing the white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and peppercorns in a pot. Add enough water to cover the vegetables.
3. Bring the brine to a boil and add the sliced peppers and onions. Cook the mixture for 10 minutes.
4. Pour the hot mixture into clean, sterilized jars.
5. Allow the jars to cool at room temperature and store them in a cool place.
