A delicious paprika pickle sauce that enhances the flavor of many dishes. Perfect as a side for grilled meats and salads.

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 fresh bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 cup demi-glace
- 1/2 cup pickles, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and shallots. Sauté for about 2-3 minutes until they become soft.
3. Add the chopped bell pepper and continue to cook for a few more minutes until the pepper softens.
4. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another minute.
5. Add the demi-glace and chopped pickles. Mix well and let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes until it thickens slightly.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm or cool and store in the refrigerator.
