Ingredients
- 4 carrots - 1 onion
- 20 cm leek
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g cabbage
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin strips. 2. Chop the onion and slice the leek.
3. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes and shred the cabbage.
4. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat.
5. Add the onion and leek to the pan, and sauté for a few minutes until softened.
6. Add the carrots and bell pepper to the pan, and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
7. Add the cabbage and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp.
8. Pour the sweet chili sauce over the vegetables and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Allow to stir-fry for a moment longer until all the vegetables are hot.
10. Serve immediately, for example, with rice or noodles.
