Ingredients:

- 500 g pan-fried steaks (beef or other meats)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 200 ml cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the steaks and cook on both sides until golden brown. Remove the steaks from the skillet and keep warm.
2. Add the sliced onion to the skillet and sauté until it is soft and golden brown.
3. Pour in the cream, mustard, and soy sauce with the onions. Mix well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes, until it thickens slightly.
4. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
