A delicious pan-fried fish dish coated in rye flour and spices, making it a tasty and nutritious meal. Preparation time is approximately 30 minutes. Serves 4.

Ingredients:

- 400 g sanderling (4 fillets)
- 1 dl rye flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground white pepper
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Rinse the sanderling fillets in cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
2. In a plate, mix the rye flour, salt, and white pepper.
3. Beat the egg in a bowl.
4. Dip the fish fillets first into the egg, then coat them thoroughly in the rye flour mixture.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the fish fillets in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and crispy.
7. Place the fried fish on paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Serve immediately with potatoes or salad.
