Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillets- 200 ml cream
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh herbs (e.g. parsley or thyme)
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the onions. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until softened.
3. Add the chicken fillets to the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes.
4. Pour the cream over the chicken in the pan. Season with salt and black pepper.
5. Allow the sauce to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
6. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top before serving.
