Ingredients:
- 1 kg roast beef
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 5 tablespoons apple or white wine vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons salt
- 1.5 teaspoons pepper
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 16 medium potatoes
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- 1.5 deciliters soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a pan and brown the roast beef on all sides.
2. Rub the surface of the meat with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil.
3. Add the vinegar and crushed garlic cloves to the pan.
4. Cook the meat on low heat to your desired doneness.
5. Meanwhile, boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
