Serving Size: 10-12 servings

Ingredients:

- 1.5 large packages of sliced bread
- For soaking:
- Milk
- For the filling:
- 2.5 dl heavy cream
- 200 g sun-dried tomato cream cheese
- 200 g chili pepper cream cheese
- 100 g cold smoked beef
- 1 large pickle
- Black pepper to taste
- For the frosting:
- 2.5 dl heavy cream
- 200 g chive cream cheese
- For decoration:
- Cold smoked beef
- Dark grapes
- Cherry tomatoes
- Small pickles
- Lemon slices
- Lettuce
- Green onion tops

Instructions:

1. Whip the heavy cream for the filling until soft peaks form, then fold in the sun-dried tomato and chili pepper cream cheeses.
2. Chop the cold smoked beef and pickle into small pieces and mix into the filling. Season with black pepper.
3. Layer sliced bread at the bottom of a large springform pan and lightly soak with milk.
4. Spread half of the filling over the bread layer.
5. Add another layer of bread, soak it, and spread the remaining filling on top.
6. Finish with one more layer of bread and soak it as well.
7. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight under a light weight.
8. Once set, remove the cake from the pan. Whip the heavy cream for frosting until soft peaks form, then fold in the chive cream cheese.
9. Spread the frosting over the top of the cake and use some for decorative piping.
10. Decorate the cake with your choice of toppings.
