This delicious sandwich cake brings the flavors of the Italian sun right to your home. It's the perfect choice for parties or casual gatherings.
Preparation Time: 1 hour + 2 hours refrigeration
Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 10 slices whole grain bread
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 g mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 100 g prosciutto, sliced
- 1 dl pesto
- 1 dl cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 dl fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 dl olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Spread cream cheese evenly on two slices of bread.
2. Place another slice of bread on top and add mozzarella cheese slices.
3. Layer prosciutto, pesto, cherry tomatoes, and basil on top.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cover the cake with the remaining slices of bread and gently press together.
6. Wrap the cake in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours.
7. Before serving, cut the cake into pieces and drizzle with olive oil.
