Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cups pear puree (e.g. Bonne)
- 2–3 tablespoons chia seeds
- A splash of lemon juice
- Sweetener to taste
- Berries and/or pear slices for topping
Instructions:
1. In a jar or bowl, combine the yogurt, pear puree, chia seeds, lemon juice, and sweetener.
2. Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture overnight to allow it to thicken.
4. In the morning, top with berries or pear slices before serving.
