Ingredients:

- 200 g black sausage
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 100 ml lingonberry jam
- Butter for frying
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add butter.
2. Slice the black sausage and fry the pieces in the pan until they are nicely browned on both sides.
3. Toast the rye bread slices in the same pan until crispy.
4. Serve the black sausage on top of the warm rye bread slices.
5. Top with lingonberry jam and season with black pepper.
