A delicious pizza that combines black sausage, potato flatbread, and cheddar cheese. A perfect treat that is easy to prepare!

Serving Size: 2-4 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 piece of potato flatbread
- 150 g black sausage (Tapolan mustamakkara)
- 100 g cheddar cheese (grated, Jukolan Juusto)
- Butter for greasing
- Fresh sprouts for garnish
- Lingonberry sauce for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Place the potato flatbread on a baking sheet.
3. Brush the surface lightly with butter.
4. Evenly sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the flatbread.
5. Slice the black sausage thinly and arrange the pieces on top of the cheddar cheese.
6. Add another layer of grated cheddar cheese on top.
7. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10-20 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned a beautiful golden color.
8. Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with fresh sprouts.
9. Serve with lingonberry sauce on the side.
