A delightful street food experience featuring crispy vendace wrapped in warm potato flatbread, topped with zesty horseradish mayonnaise. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g vendace - 4 potato flatbreads
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. 2. Season the vendace with salt and pepper, and fry them in the pan for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
3. Warm the potato flatbreads lightly in the pan or oven.
4. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and grated horseradish together until well combined.
5. Place the fried vendace on top of the warm potato flatbreads and pipe the horseradish mayonnaise on top.
6. Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
