Ingredients:

- 4 ready-made flatbreads or gluten-free flatbread dough
- 1 cup hummus
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 cups dandelion greens
- 2 cups arugula
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast the tomatoes in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.
3. Prepare the flatbreads either from the ready-made dough or your own recipe. Bake them in the oven or pan until golden brown.
4. Spread hummus evenly over the flatbreads.
5. Top the hummus with the roasted cherry tomatoes.
6. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add the dandelion greens, arugula, and fresh herbs, mixing well.
7. Place the vegetable mixture on top of the pizza and serve immediately.
