Ingredients:
- 400 g grilled sausage - 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red onion
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)
- Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions:
1. Cut the sausages into 3-4 cm thick pieces. 2. Rinse and cut the vegetables: dice the bell peppers, slice the zucchini, and chop the red onion into wedges.
3. Place the sausage and vegetables in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, black pepper, and herbs. Mix well.
4. Thread the sausage and vegetable pieces alternately onto the skewers.
5. Preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
