Ingredients:
- Grilled sausage
- Mushrooms
- Bacon
- Zucchini
- Bell peppers
- Grilling sauce
Instructions:
1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes before use.
2. Cut the grilled sausages into bite-sized pieces.
3. Clean the mushrooms and halve the larger ones, leaving the smaller ones whole.
4. Chop the zucchini and wash and halve the bell peppers. Remove the stems and seeds, and chop the bell pepper halves.
5. Wrap the mushrooms in bacon.
6. Light the grill or heat the coals.
7. Alternate threading all the ingredients onto the skewers.
8. Brush the skewers with grilling sauce.
9. Place the skewers on the grill grates and grill, turning occasionally, until they are beautifully colored and hot throughout.
