Ingredients:
- 400 g sausage (e.g., chicken sausage or chorizo)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
Instructions:
1. Cut the sausage, zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
2. Thread the vegetables and sausage alternately onto skewers.
3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
4. Brush the skewers with the seasoning mixture.
5. Grill the skewers over medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until the sausage is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot, for example with a salad or bread.
