A flavorful sausage sauce perfect for serving over potatoes or pasta.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 package of sausages
- Chili powder
- Ground black pepper
- ½ liter of water
- 2 onions
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 140 g tomato paste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Paprika powder
- 1 beef bouillon cube
Instructions:
1. Dice the onions and garlic, and slice the sausages.
2. Heat a bit of oil in a pan and add the diced onions. Sauté the onions until they are soft.
3. Add the garlic and sausages to the pan, cooking until the sausages are browned.
4. Stir in the tomato paste, water, bouillon cube, and spices. Mix well.
5. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 15-20 minutes, until it thickens.
6. Serve the sauce over potatoes or pasta.
