A delicious pastry filled with sausages, cheese, and a touch of seasoning. Perfect as a snack or party food. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- Puff pastry
- 4 eggs
- 8 sausages
- 2 tablespoons pizza seasoning
- 1 dl ketchup
- 1 dl grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Prepare the puff pastry and divide it into two halves.
2. Spread ketchup, pizza seasoning, and grated cheese over one half of the pastry.
3. Place the sausages on top of the pastry and roll it up tightly.
4. Brush the rolled pastry with beaten egg.
5. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
