Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 800 g mashed potatoes (prepared)
- 400 g sausages (such as frankfurters or ham-flavored)
- 2 dl cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl grated cheese (such as Emmental or cheddar)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Slice the sausages into rounds or pieces.
3. In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cream, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
4. Fold in the sausage pieces into the potato mixture and mix well.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the surface.
6. Evenly sprinkle the grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs.
