A creamy and cheesy sausage sauce perfect for serving with potatoes or bread.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl water
- 1 can sour cream
- A splash of ketchup
- A splash of mustard
- 250 g cocktail sausages
- 100 g grated cheese
Instructions:
1. In a pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the sour cream to the pot and mix well.
3. Stir in a splash of ketchup and mustard.
4. Cut the cocktail sausages into pieces and add them to the pot.
5. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
6. Add the grated cheese and stir until the cheese has melted.
7. Serve warm, ideally with potatoes or bread.
