Ingredients

- 1 kg seasoned beef roast
- Sauce:
- 2 dl beef drippings or broth
- 2 dl water
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 150 g cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Place the beef roast in a baking dish and roast in the oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until the meat is cooked to your liking.
3. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest on a cutting board.
4. To prepare the sauce, pour the beef drippings and water into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
5. Add the flour and stir well until the sauce thickens.
6. Stir in the cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
7. Slice the roast beef and serve with the cheese sauce. Enjoy!
