Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g macaroni
- 1 leek
- 400 g canned white beans
- 400 g tomato sauce
- 200 g tomato puree
- 150 g frozen peas
- 300 g sausages
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.
2. Slice the leek into thin rings and sauté in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes until softened.
3. Add sliced sausages to the pan and cook until they are slightly browned.
4. Pour the tomato sauce and tomato puree into the pan, mixing well.
5. Stir in the white beans and peas, allowing to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Mix in the cooked macaroni and heat everything together.
8. Serve the portions garnished with fresh parsley.
