A simple and delicious pasta dish, perfect for a family meal. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g lean ground beef (7% fat)
- 5 dl water
- 2 tsp oregano
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 200 g mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
- 200 g rye pasta
Instructions:
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
2. Season the cooked beef with black pepper, oregano, and salt.
3. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and add the rye pasta. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
4. Add the mixed vegetables to the pot about 3 minutes before draining the pasta.
5. Combine the drained pasta and beef mixture together. Serve warm.
