Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti) - 400 g chicken fillets
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 200 ml cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.2. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and the bell pepper into cubes.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the chicken strips. Cook until they are done.
4. Add the bell pepper and curry to the pan and sauté for a few more minutes.
5. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Allow to simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
