Ingredients
- 270 g dark macaroni (uncooked)- 0.5 dl tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 bag (frozen) mixed peas, corn, and bell peppers
- Canola oil
- Water
- 1 tsp oregano
- 400 g ground beef (10% fat)
- 1 onion
- 1 beef bouillon cube
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a non-stick pan without added fat.2. Sauté the chopped onion in canola oil in a pot.
3. Add the paprika powder while sautéing the onion.
4. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
5. In the pot, combine the browned ground beef, mixed vegetables, tomato ketchup, salt, oregano, and beef bouillon cube.
6. Mix all the ingredients well and let simmer on low heat for about 5-10 minutes.
7. Stir the cooked macaroni into the mixture and serve warm.
