A delicious and filling sausage noodle pan that combines tasty ingredients and is quick to prepare. Perfect for a weekday dinner!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 125 g egg noodles
- 200 g bratwurst (or sausages)
- Oil for frying
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 bell peppers (different colors)
- 1 can of pineapple slices (in its own juice)
- 2-3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions:
1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut the bratwurst into pieces a few centimeters long.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add chopped onion and garlic to the pan. Sauté until soft.
5. Add the bratwurst pieces to the pan and cook until golden brown.
6. Chop the bell peppers and add them to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until they start to soften.
7. Add the drained noodles and pineapple slices to the pan. Mix well.
8. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the mixture and stir until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
9. Serve warm.
