Ingredients

- 200 g bratwurst (or any preferred sausage)
- 2 bell peppers
- 125 g egg noodles
- 1 can of pineapple slices (in its juice)
- 2-3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- Oil for frying
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves

Instructions

1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Chop the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic to the pan. Sauté for a moment.
5. Add sliced bell peppers and cook for a few more minutes until they soften.
6. Add the sausage pieces to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
7. Add the drained pineapple slices and cooked noodles to the pan.
8. Pour the sweet chili sauce over the mixture and stir everything together well.
9. Cook for a few more minutes to combine all the flavors.
10. Serve immediately.
