Serving Size: 4-6 people

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 2 dl water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 packet active dry yeast (about 11 g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp dried herbs (e.g., rosemary or thyme)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast together.
2. Add the water and olive oil to the mixture. Stir well to form a dough.
3. Knead the dough for about 5-10 minutes until it is elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
6. Roll out the dough into a flat rectangle on a baking paper.
7. Sprinkle the dried herbs on top and press them lightly into the dough.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
