Ingredients:
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 dl cornmeal
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.5 dl sugar
- 1-1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl plant-based milk
- 0.5 dl oil
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, cornmeal, salt, sugar, and baking powder).
2. Add the eggs, plant-based milk, and oil to the dry mixture. Stir until all ingredients are combined into a smooth batter.
3. Pour the batter into a greased cake or loaf pan.
4. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 30-45 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
