A delicious Brazilian street food combining a French baguette and Bolognese mortadella. This delightful sandwich is perfect for breakfast or lunch.Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2 sandwiches
Ingredients:
- 1 Parisienne baguette
- 250 g Bolognese mortadella
- 1-2 tomatoes (sliced)
- 100 g mozzarella (sliced)
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg)
Instructions:
1. Halve the Parisienne baguette and lightly flatten each half.
2. Place a leaf of lettuce on the bottom half of the bread.
3. Layer the mortadella slices on top of the lettuce, folding them as needed.
4. Add the tomato slices on top of the mortadella.
5. Place the mozzarella slices over the tomatoes.
6. Close the sandwich with the other half of the baguette and serve immediately.
