These mini burgers are perfect for gatherings, holiday parties, or simply indulging in a tasty treat. They are easy to prepare and incredibly delicious!

Serving Size: 12 mini burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef (or chicken)
- 12 small hamburger buns
- 12 slices of cheese (e.g., cheddar)
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 dl ketchup
- 1 dl mustard
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce (e.g., iceberg) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Shape the ground meat into 12 patties. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Grill or pan-fry the patties on high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
3. Add cheese slices on top of the patties and allow them to melt for a moment.
4. Slice the tomato, cucumber, and red onion into thin rounds.
5. Assemble the mini burgers: Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the buns. Add the patty, vegetables, and lettuce.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
